No Cast in Place work at site.

Multiple number of footing handled at a time, by keeping all the precast footings ready.

Minimal labour is required to erect.

Construction time will be reduced

As and when required the pits can be opened for a very short time and closed. This will be very helpful in locations where there is high water table and also in rainy conditions.

Pedestals with the bolts / dowels can be erected in one go, unlike cast-in-place construction where the pedestals have to be cast in stages

can be rotated and kept, so that the ribs can go inside too
