Client: Ten Square Mall – Commercial Building.

Project Size: 1,25,000 sq.ft. (semi basement + 4 floors)

Value : Rs. 800 lacs

Duration : Completed cast in place foundation in 4months and precast erection in 4months (Feb 2010 to Nov 2010).

Location : Koyambedu – chennai, 50km from factory

Highlight : The area was low lying area and dewatering was a herculean task after heavy rains. Precast elements were cast during foundation works and kept read for erection. In erection also one side of the building there was no space for crane movements and all elements were erected from other side. With all difficulties the entire project was completed in a short span of 8 months.

Precast Elements : 265mm Hollow core slabs of 10m long used as roof slabs, precast RCC Columns, Pre tensioned beams of 12m long, precast staircase and some precast walls for stability
